1. Your Legal Right to Cancel

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • This right does not apply to items that are sealed for hygienic reasons (e.g., lingerie) once opened.

2. Return Process

  • To start a return, contact us at info@nude-noir.com to request approval.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately at info@nude-noir.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items sealed for hygienic reasons once opened (e.g., lingerie)

Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return your original item for approval, then place a separate order for the new item.
