1. Your Legal Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without justification.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- This right does not apply to items that are sealed for hygienic reasons (e.g., lingerie) once opened.
2. Return Process
- To start a return, contact us at info@nude-noir.com to request approval.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately at info@nude-noir.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Items sealed for hygienic reasons once opened (e.g., lingerie)
Custom or personalized products
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
6. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, return your original item for approval, then place a separate order for the new item.
